Hello. Happy Thursday. I hope everyone is having a blessed day so far. I decided to spend my afternoon writing for today, as well as getting a few things ready for our next series.

Yesterday I wrote about Noah and his journey and his unshakable faith in the Lord....

I would like to think that while embarking on a faith-filled journey, that Noah kept some sort of notebook. I mean, 120 years is a long time and you would have to have some place to release all of your jumbled thoughts into. A place to talk about the progress and the obstacles, the up’s and the downs, the successes and the failures. A place to release his fears and doubts, hopes and prayers. A place where he can permanently pour out all of his anticipation, trepidation, and exhilaration, a place for Noah to celebrate how far his faith has walked. I can just imagine him up all night, writing his story, reflecting on what the day has brought him. I can hear his pen frantically scratch against the paper as he shouts out questions to the Lord, begging for answers during his backbreaking days. I can see his doubts fill up the lines in the notebook as he begins to let the negativity get the best of him. I can just envision his hand shaking while he fights to get the words onto the paper because the weight of it all becomes too much. But, through all of the burdensome days, I can also see his hope. I can hear him pouring out his praises to God, thanking Him for his guidance and grace. I can see the tear stains on the pages as we writes about what God has turned around. I can just imagine the smile on Noah’s face as he closes the notebook for the night, ready to embrace the next day of his journey. A notebook full of unshakable faith! The thought of Noah’s notebook leaves me absolutely dumbfounded. Can you imagine how extraordinary it would feel to open up his journey and bury yourself within it? This is the itinerary of his faith, his excursion with the Lord! His words would be paralyzing, every page would leave me breathless. If I were Noah, I would always be opening my journal up and looking back at previous pages. I would feel so unbelievably proud of the growth I endured and the obstacles I faced. I would reflect on the journey and let it motivate me for the next. Yes, there will be a next! There will be more than one journey with your unshakable faith. You never know where the Lord will is going to take it! You, Too, Have A Notebook. So Noah’s faith-filled notebook may or may not have existed, but yours can! Grab a notebook, a pen or a pencil and start writing! Start your journey with your unshakable faith. It is time to open up your notebook, pick up your pen and abundantly fill every page with the details of your faith-filled adventure. How you decide to

live determines what your pen will write. Choose to live faithfully! This doesn’t mean every page has to be overflowing with faith, every page won’t be embellished all of the way. I’m sure Noah’s pages wouldn’t have been. There may be scribbles and doodles every once in awhile. You will have pages of doubts, and fears. You will write down your questions, and the negativity will push you to stop writing. But, you will have pages of praise too!

Your pages will overflow with hope and perseverance, momentum and strength! Your unshakable faith will grow and develop, so will the writing on each page. Filling your lines with faith

means choosing to live everyday for Christ. It means choosing to build the ark, not drowning in the flood waters. It means choosing to “write” faithfully, with God as your direction. With each page that is turned, there is an empty one waiting for your faith to fill it! So, faithful followers, grab your notebooks! Let’s begin filling our lines with faith, and tomorrow I will introduce 8 guidelines to follow while you are filling up your lines!
