I am sorry I did not have this out earlier.
I have not gotten much sleep within the last few days, so sleeping in today was much needed.
Thursday and Friday we focused on giving/sharing verses.
Thank you to those who gave me a verse to add to the study.
And, if you haven’t yet, no worries! Like I have said before, this study is on-going and is building itself as we go.
Today’s exercise focuses in on this specific question, “Who is God?”
Some of you may have noticed the "Who Is God" folder on the Google Docs.
Right now it is empty, but today we will begin to fill it.
God is a lot of things to us.
He is our Comforter.
Our Healer.
Our provider.
Our King.
But who was God for you throughout this study?
Your questions today will help you come up with your own definition.
I hope that today’s exercise will allow you to see that God is exactly who you need when you need it.

Thank you for being who I needed this week. Thank you for exposing me, showing me, guiding me, and loving me through it. Today as I create my own definition of who you are to me, help me be thankful. Help me remember who you are for me throughout the rest of my day and my even my life. Help me remember that You will always be who I need, in every situation, when I come to you, first.

How would you define who you were during this study? Were you lonely, confused, lost, afraid, hurt, struggling? However you defined yourself, how did this affect you through the study?
Through this study, did God comfort you? How did He make himself known to you?
You picked a focus verse to apply to your life this week, How has God spoken to you through this verse? What has He revealed to you?

This will allow us all to see who He was for us all through this study. We will begin to notice that He can be something for you and something totally different for someone else. He will always be who we need Him to be if we choose Him. Take time to look at this folder at the end of the day to see what others have defined Him as.
