Looking Towards God

Today my prayer is that you all choose to see God throughout your Saturday! Let Him guide you through your day and your weekend. Let Him show you what He wants you to see. So many times we ignore what He might be pushing us to look at. We look elsewhere, completely missing out on what He might have provided for you. Sometimes He wants us to stop looking at what the world has and just stop to see what we ALREADY have! For me, I know how easy it is to do this. It's easy to look at what the world around me is flaunting. I began to fill my thoughts with things like "I wish I looked that way" or "I wish I had her talent" but I forget that what I already have is already more than enough! Thoughts of wishing and hoping come from looking elsewhere, but thoughts of thankfulness and appreciation come from looking at God! Today, look to see what He has already provided you with. Take in everything He has surrounded you with and be thankful. Appreciate another day of life. I promise you that if you choose to look towards God, you will see the many blessings that came with your day! He will show you everything and more!!
