Trust His Timing in Your Dreams

What are the desires of your heart? What are your passions and God-sized dreams? What’s that one thing calling you out of your comfort zone? I’ll be the first to admit that I am a passionate dreamer with ideas bigger than most can fathom (believe me I’ve seen plenty of people give me blank stares). My mind holds many plans, most of which keep me up at night- I literally can’t shut that part of my brain off. I love to create. I love to plan. I love to dare to do the impossible. Many of these things, too require boldness and bravery. And, of course all of these things require JESUS. “a man’s heart plans his own course, but the Lord determines his steps.” Proverbs 16:9 We can dream with our hearts, but what we dream we must lay down at His feet and follow the steps He provides. Does this mean those big dreams and out-of-this-world plans won’t happen? No. It just simply means He determines what’s best out of those dreams and how to go about fulfilling them. I don’t know about you but I’m believing that we have a BIG God with the ability to do the impossible, so let Him do the impossible in You! Psalm 37:4 reads: “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” ‭‭ Take DELIGHT in Him, sis. Find contentment, gladness, and satisfaction in Him, first! Yes those dreams might seem like they will give ya the world, but I promise you’re given more from Him. Then, once we are delighted by Him alone, He will bring our desires to fruition, but remember ON HIS TERMS, He determines the steps. There is order. There are steps. There is a process. Trust His timing within your dreams today. Don’t give up on what seems impossible, give Him the impossible and watch His make it possible for you. He sees your dreams, darling.
